Networking for Changemakers Workshop

Workshop Objectives

• Demonstrate the importance of networking for entrepreneurship and social
change.
• Teach practical strategies for networking in multiple contexts (events, online,
long-term).
• Provide tools for building an authentic and memorable Youth Changemaker Pitch.
• Facilitate interactive activities that build confidence in both speaking and listening.
• Motivate youth to apply networking skills during the Summit.

Expected Outcomes

By the end of this workshop, participants will:
• Understand multiple ways to network (online, events, school, community).
• Be confident introducing themselves with a clear, authentic pitch.
• Develop active listening and curiosity through group challenges.
• Practice applying networking skills in realistic scenarios.
• Leave motivated to build meaningful connections during the Summit and beyond
