Isaac Hierlihy is a 2nd-year Business Administration (BBA) student at St. Francis Xavier University, majoring in Finance, with a deep passion for entrepreneurship and problem-solving. As Co-founder of Valley Pressure Washing, Isaac launched a house washing business that generated $45,000 in sales during its first year of operations. He is also the Co-founder and CFO of Athlete Aid, an injury management platform for amateur sports, for which he and his UNB business partner, Morgan Mackinnon, have raised $28,000 in non-dilutive funding and are preparing for a full launch in late 2025. Isaac & Morgan also received 2nd place in the Undergraduate Track at UNB’s APEX Pitch Competition. This followed on Isaac’s success in other competitions, including placing 2nd in STFX Innovation Challenge, 3rd in Grant Thornton ASB Case Competition, and 1st in Schwartz international business case competition.
Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Isaac remains committed to excellence in his academic work and is involved in various extracurricular activities, such as Pucks for Purpose, Enactus, JDCC and Xaverian Capital. He is also a proud recipient of the Schwartz National Scholar Award, the top academic scholarship for business students at StFX, valued at $80,000 over 4 years.
