Dr. Neil Maltby

Neil Maltby is Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and International Business in the Department of Management at StFX University.  His teaching and research interests focus on small business & start-ups, growth and internationalization. He teaches Entrepreneurship, New Venture Development, Entrepreneurial Finance and International Business, and has offered courses in International Business at South-Central University for Nationalities, Wuhan, China and Changzhou University, Changzhou, China.
In partnership with the StFX Discoverbox, Neil leads the entrepreneurial ecosystem at StFX University. This involves supporting students and new venture development, launches, and fundraising. Over the last ten years Neil has organized over forty student pitch events, mentored summer entrepreneurial internships, supported students in regional pitch competitions, and supported ongoing ventures of graduates.
